Chain rigging

The diameter of lifting chain is 6mm—48mm.
 
Designed standard: DIN5685, EN818-2, GB/T20652, GB/T12718, GB/T20946
 
The general usage grade of chain is S(6),T (8)

The ratio between usage load and breaking load is 1:4.

There are single-leg, double-leg, multi-leg, ring chains and other structure chains. 

The characteristics of the chain: Wear-resistant, anti-high temperature, corrosion-resistance, and low elongation
 
Multi choices for the surface treatment are available: polished, blacked, galvanized, painted.

Matters needing attention :
1.lifting instructions
(1).Develop good lifting habits and plan how to hang, lift and unload before lifting
(2).prepare to determine the weight fo the object to be lifted , carefully read the attached documents , mark the lifting points and important data, only after determining the center of gravity can you hang the hook in the right place!
(3).lifting operator need to know the lifting weight
(4).hanging crane hooks should be hung vertically above the center of gravity of the crane.
(5).lifting heavy objects need to avoid objects damage and ringging damage
2.Storage instrucion
(1).slings should be placed in designated areas and placed in order according to different types of loads
(2).slings shall not be hung on the hook during storage
(3).no open storage
(4).make obvious marks on the slings that have been damaged and scrapped to avoid confusion .
