In addition to being used alone, the chain hoist can be used with all types of hand-pulled monorail wagons to form a complete set of hand-pulled lifting transport trolley, reverse chain to achieve the function of walking around lifting heavy objects, suitable for monorail overhead transport, single beam bridge crane and cantilever crane.
The lifting weight of hand-pulled hoist is 0.5T-50T, and the lifting chain specification is 3m 6m 9m 12m.
Safety requirements, usage rules and maintenance methods of hand-pulled gourds:
1. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
2. Operation by any power other than human power is strictly prohibited.
3. Before use, ensure that the parts are intact, the transmission part and the lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.
4. Check whether the upper and lower hooks are fastened before lifting. Heavy objects hanging on the tip are strictly prohibited. The lifting chain shall be suspended vertically, and there shall be no wrong twisted links, and the lower hook frame of the double chain shall not be overturned.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand sprocket to pull the hand chain, so that the hand sprocket along the clockwise rotation, can make the weight up; Reverse pull hand chain, at noon can slowly descend.
6. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited to do any work or walk under them to avoid personal accidents.
7. In the process of lifting, no matter the weight rises or falls, pull the chain, the force should be evenly and gently, do not force too hard, so as to avoid the chain jumping or clamping ring.
8. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, it should stop using immediately.
9. After use, the gourd should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust grease, and stored in a dry place.
10. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those who are familiar with the hoist mechanism, so as to prevent random disassembly and assembly of those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine.
11. After cleaning and maintenance, no-load test should be carried out to confirm normal operation and reliable braking before delivery for use.
12. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure and self-falling phenomenon.
Safety requirements for the use of hand-pulled gourds
(1) Check the hook, chain, wheel shaft and chain disk before use. If there is corrosion, crack, damage and the transmission part is not flexible, it should be strictly prohibited to use.
(2) When in use, loosen the chain to hang the lifting object, and slowly pull the traction chain. After the lifting chain is stressed, check the gear meshing and the working state of the self-locking device before continuing the operation.
(3) The lifting weight in use shall not exceed its rated lifting weight, below -10℃, shall not exceed half of its rated lifting weight.
(4) When pulling the chain. Should be evenly and gently, and should be consistent with the direction of the sprocket disc, not oblique tracer movement, to prevent chain jumping, groove, chain jam phenomenon.
(5) When the weight of the inverted chain is unknown or the weight of the lifting object is unknown, as long as one person can pull the chain, the work can continue. If one person cannot pull the chain, the reason should be found out. Two or more people are strictly prohibited to pull the chain together to prevent accidents.
(6) The gear part should be lubricated regularly, and the pawl, pawl spring and ratchet wheel should be checked regularly. In order to prevent brake failure, lifting components from falling injury damage.
(7) The inverted chain should be disassembled and cleaned after use, and then lubricated again. After installation, the chain should be put on a plastic cover and hung for proper preservation.
