2、Test hoist: newly installed or installed after demolition and inspection of the electric hoist, first of all, should be empty test several times (note that before the installation is completed, avoid power test), check whether all parts of the normal operation; Before normal use, a 10 minute static load test should be carried out and checked for normal.
3、Operation: electric hoist operation by special person to do, the operator should fully master the safety operation rules; Lifting heavy objects without overload; The hook is firmly connected with the goods, on the plumb line of the center of gravity of the weight; When hoisting, heavy objects should not be too high from the ground, heavy objects are strictly prohibited from crossing people’s heads, and heavy objects should not be suspended in the air in the working gap; When lifting heavy objects each time, stop the vehicle 10cm above the ground to check the braking condition and confirm that the work can be carried out. In use by special personnel to check the electric hoist regularly, find fault timely take measures, and carefully record.
4、After use: the electric hoist should stop at the specified position, the hook rises, and the power supply is cut off.
