Sponsored by Anhui Installation and Machinery Equipment Association and undertaken by China Tie 4th Bureau, was held at Gem Academy of China Tie 4th Bureau Construction Company. Nearly 100 guests, judges and players from China Construction Industry Association Building Safety and Machinery Branch, Anhui Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department Construction Inspection Bureau, Anhui Installation and Machinery Equipment Association, China Railway Fourth Bureau, Anhui Construction Engineering and other units participated in the competition, and 15 hoister, loading and unloading machinery operators entered the preliminary competition of Anhui Province through layer by layer selection.
