Overseas to sail dream pilot | zoomlion overseas companies “pilot program” for the first phase of the leadership development development project commencement ceremony

On May 25, 2023, the overseas company held the opening ceremony of the first phase of the leadership Training and development program of the “Pilot Plan”.

 

Li Xiaohong, Director of Human Resource Management Center, Huang Chengya, Wu Weiheng, deputy general manager of overseas company, Jiang Zhiyuan, deputy director of Financial Management Center and manager of Financial Department of overseas company, Liu Qiang, Fan Zide, Liu Zenglai, Xiao Shulin, Assistant general manager of overseas company, Zhu Yuanchao, Director of China Union Management College, More than 60 people from various departments of overseas companies and all the students of the “Pilot Program” participated in the opening ceremony simultaneously online and offline.

1. Introduction of the “Pilot Plan” project

 

At the beginning of the meeting, Liu Xuefei, manager of the administrative personnel Department of the overseas company, made an overall introduction to the project. The “pilot plan” is mainly for the current regional managers and national managers of the overseas company. Combined with the business strategy development and the actual job demand of overseas talents, the targeted training plan is carried out, so as to achieve a unified internal management idea and action, and a consensus talent “password”. Drive the achievement of internationalization development strategy.

 

The overall project is carried out in two phases. The first phase focuses on the construction of tenure standards and basic ability training. The second phase focuses on identifying the ability and quality, complementing the short board and continuing to cultivate and improve. The first phase of the program adopts the method of online theoretical training and action learning, through the five modules of cross-cultural learning, business system cognition, management empowerment, reading club and authentic scene defense, to train the students in an all-round way, and comprehensively improve the management ability and comprehensive quality of the expatriate managers.

Li Bin, deputy manager of the European region, spoke as the representative of all the students of the “Pilot Program”. 3. Leaders of Zhonglian Management College make a speech

 

As a key project of talent training for overseas companies, “Pilot Program” has received strong support from the leadership of Human Resources Center and China United Management School. Zhu Yuanchao, DIRECTOR of ZhongLIAN School of Management, attended the opening ceremony and gave a speech. First of all, Zhu expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the students who participated in the first phase of the “Pilot Program” training project. Secondly, the design idea and purpose of the pilot program project are explained: to establish the human quality model of overseas managers, fill the gap against the quality model, improve the feedback output of ability action learning, and help students transform from simple business management to team management.
