Zoomlion Crane has completed the construction of the head crane of the 400MW wind power project in Alxa

On November 21, the hoisting of the first fan of Alxa 400MW wind power project in the UHV outbound channel from Shanghai Temple to Shandong Province of State Power Investment was successfully completed. Zoomlion Crane Corps undertook the hoisting task

The project is located in Aolun Bragg Town, Alxa Left Banner. It is the first large-scale wind power base project of Inner Mongolia Company focusing on desert, Gobi and desert areas. It belongs to one of the 1.6 million kw wind power projects of Alxa renewable energy Base supporting the DC UHV transmission channel from Shanghai Miao to Shandong.

It is reported that the total installed capacity of the project is 400MW, a total of 87 typhoon power units have been installed. A newly built 220kV booster station is connected to Haoya 500kV gathering station by 1 220kV overhead line, and then sent to Shandong power grid through Shanghai Miao to Shandong ±800kV UHV DC line for consumption.

In this lifting operation, Zoomlion crane played a stable role, and set up a wind power tower for Inner Mongolia with the attitude of “king of wind power”. Zoomlion cranes frequently appeared in the 1.6 million kw wind power project of Alxa Renewable Energy Base supporting the DC UHV transmission channel from Shanghai Temple to Shandong. In July and August this year, the main project of 400MW wind power project of Huaneng Alashan Base (second section) was completed, and the first hoisting and subsequent hoisting tasks of 400MW wind power project of Shanghai Temple Phase I of Datang Alashan New Energy Business Department were completed.

According to preliminary estimates, the project will provide 1.09521 million KWH of clean electricity to the power grid every year after completion. Annual carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced about 100.64 million tons, greatly reduce sulfur dioxide, soot, nitrogen oxides emissions. In order to promote the realization of the national “dual carbon” target strategy, Inner Mongolia economic structure transformation has made an important contribution. In the future, Zoomlion Cranes will continue to escort the construction of wind power new energy in Inner Mongolia.
